With our deep understanding of the rule, New Era Partners can quickly help organizations identify paths to compliance.
No one knows the FDA’s Food Traceability Rule better than industry thought leader Andy Kennedy. Andy founded New Era Partners in 2023 to provide personalized traceability and compliance consulting. The rule is complex and will have huge operational impacts, especially for larger organizations. Because of this, Andy saw a need for greater guidance and support in complying with the FDA’s Food Traceability Rule (FSMA Rule 204).
There are a myriad of questions, exceptions, and nuances surrounding FSMA 204. Do you know if your supply chain partners are sending you what you need to record your traceability data? Do you have a plan to fill the data gaps in your whole supply chain, including brokers, distributors, terminal markets, and small local growers? How do you plan to share shipping key data elements with your customers or retail stores?
Taking the time to understand the impact of FSMA 204 on your operations and supply chain will consume resources and cut into the limited time available to implement a solution before the compliance deadline. Your ability to achieve compliance depends on receiving key data from your supply chain and implementing consistent internal data collection processes.
New Era Partners cuts through all the complexity to provide a smooth path to compliance. We help food organizations across the supply chain navigate the rule, manage data across supplier networks, and enhance food safety through greater supply chain visibility.
